Shipping & Returns
Please note: Due to the nature of the product shipping charges may vary and are only an estimate. If the shipping quote seems excessive, please contact us via email or by phone for verification.
– Returns are only valid within FIFTEEN (15) days after receipt of your shipment.
– Shortage claims must be made within FIVE (5) days after receipt of your shipment.
If you have items you need to return to U.S. Shell, Inc. please follow these steps:

- You will need the following:
- Invoice details
- Items to be returned
- Reason for return
We at U.S. Shell, Inc. want you to be happy with your order. If for any reason, you are not happy with the merchandise received, you may return the merchandise to us. Please contact us within fifteen (15) business days after receipt of your order for authorization to return items shipped in error; shortage claims must be made within five (5) business days. Restocking fees do not apply for any orders that were shipped in error, however, all other returns will incur a 15% restocking fee plus freight charges applied to any merchandise being returned. You will be responsible for any related return shipping charges. In order to expedite your credit, please contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#.)
To assure credit will be issued, all returns must be shipped to corporate office.
